王立新：长治市人民医院骨科主任医师

　　王立新，主任医师，1986年19岁正式大学毕业从事临床、教学工作。曾北京医科大学骨科进修班进修，此间积极参加北京地区每月举办的骨科学术活动，现场感受骨科泰斗级大咖如卢之康教授、荣国威院长、黄公怡教授、李子荣教授、王继芳教授、吕厚山教授、侯树勋教授等等的言传身教，参加各北京各大医院如积水潭医院、中国医科院、北京医院等等的骨科或相关专业举办的国内外学术交流报告会。师从骨科专家马忠泰、朱天岳、方志伟、邑晓东等教授，在脊柱、关节、骨肿瘤、创伤等方面收获颇丰。率先在本地区开展人工颈椎间盘置换术、胫腓骨远端骨折mipo手术。所有有创治疗，首选肢体及生命安全为第一宗旨，科学评估手术结果的利弊得失，追求病人获得结果利益最大化，精益求精，行医以来，对治疗过的患者没有出现大的并发症。有效避免了诸如“手术很成功，病人不行了”的所谓“只见树木不见森林”局限性思维和错误处理方法。目前，中国抗癌协会会员、肿瘤病因委员会委员、肿瘤流行病学委员会委员、肉瘤委员会委员、肿瘤影像学委员会委员，长治市科技进步评审专家库成员；长治市劳动工伤鉴定专家库成员。目前在骨一科病区工作，循证医学及ERAS理念诊治骨科各种急慢性创伤性疾病。在国内各大期刊发表论文二十余篇。先后有数十篇论文在《中国药物与临床》、《中国中西医结合外科杂志》、《实用骨科杂志》、《中国中医骨伤科》、《创伤外科杂志》、《颈腰痛》《中华整形外科》等杂志上发表并被高度引用。其中获98年长治科技进步三等奖一次。Wang Lixin, chief physician, graduated from university at the age of 19 in 1986 and engaged in clinical and teaching work. Participate in academic lectures held by orthopaedics or related majors in major hospitals in Beijing, such as Jishuitan Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, Beijing Hospital, etc. Learning from orthopaedic experts Ma Zhongtai, Zhu Tianyue, Fang Zhiwei, Yi Xiaodong and other professors, he has gained a lot in spine, joint, bone tumor, trauma and so on. Take the lead in carrying out artificial cervical intervertebral disc replacement and mipo operation for distal tibiofibular fracture in this area. All invasive treatment, the first choice of life safety as the first purpose, scientific evaluation of the pros and cons of surgical results, the pursuit of patients to maximize the benefits of results, excellence, since the practice of medicine, there are no major complications for treated patients. Member of China Anti-Cancer Association, member of tumor Pathogeny Committee, member of tumor Epidemiology Committee, member of Sarcoma Committee, member of tumor Imaging Committee, member of expert database for evaluation of scientific and technological progress in Changzhi City; member of expert database for labor injury appraisal in Changzhi City. Currently working in the orthopaedics ward, evidence-based medicine and the concept of ERAS diagnosis and treatment of orthopaedic acute and chronic traumatic diseases. He has published more than 20 papers in major domestic journals. Dozens of papers have been published and highly quoted in Chinese Medicine and Clinical Medicine, Chinese Journal of surgery of Integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, Journal of practical Orthopaedics, Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics and Traumatology, Journal of Trauma surgery, neck and low back pain and Chinese plastic surgery. Among them, he won the third prize for scientific and technological progress in Changzhi in 1998.

　　擅长：急性创伤如脊柱、四肢骨与关节急慢性创伤等疾病；各种退变性疾病如颈腰椎间盘突出症、椎管狭窄、椎体不稳定的诊断与科学的手术评估及保守、手术治疗；人工髋膝关节置换术前的科学评估与应用、正确的保守康复治疗；骨质疏松症的全面科学诊治等等。擅长微创内固定手术，零切开或无创闭合复位内固定或外固定治疗骨折脱位、各种退变性疾病颈腰椎间盘突出症、椎管狭窄症、各种神经卡压综合征、筋膜韧带炎、腱鞘炎、肩周炎的综合康复治疗、髋膝关节骨性关节炎的保守及手术治疗、疾病的转归和康复，对症状相似的椎管内疾病与椎管外退变疾病的正确鉴别及科学评估具有敏锐辨识力和经验。
